In 2022, Schloss Elmau hosted the G7 summit for the second time from 26.06. to 28.06. Our task was to install 11 conference systems at the castle and control them from a central location. At the same time, we supplied the conference and interpreting technology for the press conference center and the briefing center for a further 7 areas. In the international media center in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, we installed an infrared system for an area of over 5000 m² in which the participants could follow the events at the castle at all times. 20 conference technicians were involved in setting up and running this event for up to 3 weeks.
A particularly innovative solution was the first rental use of Bosch DICENTIS Flush – the brand new series of fixed installation discussion units! Thanks to its elegant design and compact dimensions, the system fitted perfectly into the conference furniture.
